Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set out the conditions for using Impact Management Review (the “Service”), operated by andpublic Inc. (the “Company”). Users shall use the Service after agreeing to these Terms.

Article 2 (Use of Content)

The copyright of all content on the Service (articles, data, images, graphics, etc.) belongs to the Company or its rightful owners. Viewing and printing for personal, non-commercial use is permitted, but the following are prohibited:

  • Reproducing, reposting, distributing, or selling content without the Company’s permission
  • Modifying content and providing it to third parties
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without authorization

Article 3 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in the following:

  • Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
  • Conduct that interferes with the operation of the Service
  • Conduct that infringes the rights or interests of other users or third parties
  • Registering or transmitting false information
  • Sending spam or phishing

Article 4 (Disclaimer)

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information posted on the Service. The Company assumes no liability for any damage arising from use of the Service. The Service may also change, suspend, or terminate its content without notice.

Article 5 (Links)

Linking to the Service is generally free. However, displaying it within a frame or linking in a way that could be mistaken for the Service’s own content is prohibited. The Company is not responsible for the content of external sites linked from the Service.

Article 7 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute relating to the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to These Terms)

The Company may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page.
